OKSANA KURANT-ANFINOHENOVA

I bring together psychology, strategy and meaning

I am a psychologist, coach and consultant in personal and business strategy. Since 2013, I have helped business owners, executives and experts find clarity in complex decisions, recognise hidden patterns and turn insight into concrete action.

My approach rests on three foundations: academic psychology and social work, systemic strategic thinking, and a spiritual-esoteric tradition. I do not set reason against intuition: I separate facts from hypotheses and select methods according to the client’s brief and worldview.

Three dimensions of my approach

Academic foundation

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and qualifications in social work and social-sector management. My background includes university work, doctoral-level training and academic publications.

Strategic practice

Coaching, systems analysis, internal business strategy management, modelling and systemic constellations — followed by testing hypotheses against facts.

Spiritual dimension

Slavic spiritual tradition, symbols, archetypes, ancestral narratives and work with meaning. I include this dimension only when it resonates with the client and is relevant to the brief.

Education and academic path

  • 2022 — Master’s degree in Psychology. Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv National Pedagogical University; professional qualification: psychologist and social worker.
  • 2014 — Specialist degree in Social Work. National Pedagogical Dragomanov University; qualification: social worker and social work manager.
  • 2013 — Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. National Pedagogical Dragomanov University.
  • Postgraduate doctoral training in speciality 011, Educational and Pedagogical Sciences. In 2019, the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine approved my research topic: “Developing future social workers’ readiness to apply coaching in professional practice.” I did not defend the dissertation and therefore do not use the PhD title.
  • University and international experience. I worked as an assistant in the Department of Psychology and Social Work. I took part in an international academic exchange with Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz in Germany, inclusion-focused lectures and field visits, a workshop in Leipzig, and a panel discussion on “Inclusion in Ukraine and Germany”.
  • Academic publications and citations. I have published work on coaching and the professional education of social workers. My article “Features of developing future social workers’ readiness for professional activity through coaching” appeared in the peer-reviewed journal Pedagogical Almanac and has DOI 10.37915/pa.vi45.69; my publications and citations are listed in my AcademHub research profile based on Google Scholar.

Selected professional development

  • 2025–2026 — internal business strategy management and systemic constellations: 96 hours of theory, 100 hours of practice and 80 hours of group supervision, including defence of the certification project.
  • 2025 — International Grant Writing School within the EU Horizon Europe programme.
  • 2022 — psychological first aid, self-care and burnout prevention for helping professionals, Israel Trauma Coalition.
  • 2022 — coaching training: foundations of coaching practice and the specifics of coaching during wartime.
  • 2015 — trainer of socio-psychological programmes specialising in art therapy and facilitator of training and development programmes.
  • 2016 — “Theory and Practice of Counselling.” Specialist programme of National Pedagogical Dragomanov University and the Eastern Ukrainian Art Therapy Association.

This is a selected overview rather than a complete list of diplomas and certificates. Supporting documents are retained and can be shown when relevant to a professional engagement.

Where I have shared my practice

My experience extends beyond study and certification. I have worked as a lecturer, speaker and trainer at international and nationwide educational and professional events, delivering workshops, practical sessions and learning formats for students, colleagues and festival participants.

  • Lebedyn Pedagogical Professional College. I received my first pedagogical education here and later returned as a professional to deliver my own learning and practical sessions for students.
  • Konotop Industrial and Pedagogical Professional College of Sumy State University. I delivered a burnout-prevention training session with elements of art therapy and art coaching for students of Vocational Education and Social Work. In its publication, the college introduced me as a psychologist, art coach and certified trainer of socio-psychological programmes.
  • International Art Therapy Festival ART-PRAKTIK. I participated in the early Kyiv festivals in 2013–2014; in 2016 I was a featured speaker at the 13th festival and also presented in the ART-PRAKTIK KIDS format.
  • RestArt self-development festivals. I facilitated original practical formats as a festival practitioner in Sumy and Kharkiv in 2018–2019.

These milestones are supported by diplomas and certificates in my professional archive. I intentionally keep this overview concise and omit document numbers and other personal data.

Spiritual and esoteric foundation

A distinct and important part of my education is multi-level training in the Slavic spiritual system Zhiva, work with spiritual-symbolic traditions, numerology and sacred practices. For me, this does not replace psychology, psychotherapy or medicine; it is a language of imagery, symbols, values, ancestral narratives and meaning.

This dimension is included in my work only with the client’s informed consent. If you prefer a strictly structured approach, we remain within psychology, coaching, systems analysis and business logic.

My role is not to persuade a client to adopt my view, but to help them see more and make their own responsible choice.

Professional boundaries

I do not predict the future, make medical diagnoses or replace financial, legal, medical or psychotherapeutic support. Business constellations, art coaching and symbolic methods help surface hypotheses; decisions are checked against facts and always remain with the client.

If you need clarity rather than motivation

Describe your situation in the enquiry form. I will review the context and suggest a format appropriate to the scale of your decision and the depth of work you want.
